Pricing questions
Do I have to follow the recommended price?
No. The public rate is a non-binding recommendation. You set your own prices freely.
How do I qualify for member rates?
Your sales must happen inside a service where the buyer is signed in: a bank or fintech app, a loyalty account, a paid booking, an employee portal. You describe it when we open your account.
Is there a minimum or a subscription?
No. No volume commitment, no monthly fee. You pay per eSIM.
What if my customer never installs the eSIM?
An eSIM that was never installed is refunded to your balance.
Are prices in euros?
Public prices on this site are in euros, VAT included. Partner and member rates are net, excluding VAT, and shown in your partner space.
Why are net rates not public?
Net rates are commercial terms between us and each partner, and member rates depend on how you sell. They are shown in your partner space.
